Express your feelings to her. Sometimes they need a reminder that patients don't read minds and that some of us is new to this and don't know the process
Glucose tests vary by doctor but they are typically done 26-28 weeks. Mine isn't being done until 28 weeks.
Glucose screening is usually done between 24 and 28 weeks of pregnancy. If the test, which screens for gestational diabetes, reveals elevated levels of blood glucose (sugar), a glucose tolerance test is then given to confirm the gestational diabetes diagnosis
I had mine when i was 26 weeks... I advice you to speak to your OB let her know how you feel, make sure she explain every details. Good luck hun.
My glucose test isnt til 28 weeks
My glucose rest is at 27 weeks and my gender was done way to early and they had to do a repeat one at 20 weeks cause they couldn't find everything . So as frustrating as it is sometimes waiting isn't a bad thing. As far as her explain things she needs to tell you, my docs are kind of the same way unless I ask sometimes you just need to be forceful :)
