It Wil take time but you can do it! With my first I went up into 200s. And once I started counting calories and working out it melted off. It took me a year to start that but hey! Lol having babies at the beginning of summer should motivate us :)
140 is my goal too!!! I'm 202 now planning to join every boot camp program I can as soon as I heal.
I feel your pain. After I have my baby I have 6 momths to get in shape for Basic training. The absolute heaviest I can be is 165lbs. I miss working out!
