what can i buy to help the sickness feeling

I am 7 weeks and 3 days and i feel sick all day everyday until i eat can  some help me on what i can buy to help me threw this stage or sud i go to the doctors and why is it that ur body feels sick?

I'm was the same last few weeks I'm 10 weeks now and the feelings has now gone I tried ginger nut biscuits in the morning and bit of orange juice sometimes it works other it didn't. Eat little and often and remember to keep hydrated if u are sick xx

Oh dear... have you tried a little ginger beer (vs ginger ale doesnt have the same taste)? It's a fizzy soda drink but somehow kicks the nausea to a point where you can sneak in a meal. If you can't eat solids, maybe opt for broths/soups (simple chicken with bones in boiling water and rice ie easy to make). Not a nice feeling when the nausea just lingers. Mine's supposed to be improving but I still get these nausea spells in the day. I got ginger beer today and now so excited to eat, so I'd better take the opportunity! Lol.

If nothing works you can ask your doctor for Diclegis.  Its a good medication for nausea designed for pregnancy.  It has 50 years of studies behind it with zero correlation with birth defects or miscarriage.  The downside is it has the same sleepy effect as Benadryl.  I use it when I cant take the nausea anymore and can sleep all day if needed.

You don't eat sea bands. Are you referring to something else?

I just got sea bands. Taste absolutely terrible but work! And I found that when I get up first thing in the morning and eat some toast that helps and I am constantly eating saltine crackers all day!

Idk about where you are, but our Wal-Mart cried pregnancy pops. They are lollipops that are supposed to help with nausea. I use sugar free peppermint candies.
