anybody else had this symptoms?

Hi im only 5 weeks now I found out I was pregnant before I had a missed period, I did a home pregnancy test it came positive really quick. I do have a 2 year old daughter with her I didnt even show until I was about 9 months and didnt really feel sick but for this one ive lost appetite. Im guessing when I was 2 weeks I had bad nausea, headaches, my boobs gotten bigger and if I squeeze my nipples like a drop of colostrum would come out, tired and im already showing a little bit. Could this be that it might be twins or is it possible that its a boy this time?

I am 5 weeks as well, and found before I even missed my period. I feel like am showing a little bit too. I have headaches and intense fatigue.

Yes twins do run a lot in my moms side so im just gonna have to wait and see. I havent got a check up yet. But thanks, at least im not the only one

It's probably just because it's your second. Things happen fast so I am told. I have had cravings and appitite loss as well. Boobs are sore and getting bigger. No nausea, but foods and things already taste and smell different. More intense, and that didnt happen with my first till I was about end of first trimester/ beginning of second. I'm not showing but I have a little bit of chub going on so I wouldn't be able to tell even if I did. It's normal and you're not allow, but also twins don't run in my family so maybe if it runs in yours :)
