Burnt food smell in house, third trimester.

The stove was left on while we left the house. We came back to a house filled with smoke, but no fire. The husband wiped all surfaces and steam mopped the floors 3 times. We tried boiling vinegar, using coffee grounds, baking soda, and using a high velocity fan to blow the smell out. There is still a bit of a lingering smell downstairs in the house after a week. We have been staying at our parents' place. Are there any adverse health effects to us and the baby if we move back into the house? I'm worried sick and just want to be able to rest at home.. Going to give birth in just over a month!!
