Natural ways to induce
I'm pregnant with twins, and where I live, they induce you at 37 weeks if the babies haven't come yet. I hate taking unnecessary medication and while of course my priority is letting them "cook" as long as possible, I want to do what I can to get things moving before the dr has to intervene. I've read a lot of old wives' takes about sex, castor oil, spicy food, etc, but I'm curious: Does anyone have any recommendations for getting the babies down and for starting labor, when the time comes?
