Sneezing

Every time I sneeze I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen.. Is this cause for concern?? Sometimes it almost feels like a pop and the pain lasts a few seconds then fades away.. Is this just stretching or what?

Oh wow I get this too! It helps if I hunch over and hold my belly before sneezing, like bracing myself. This morning I got a good one. Ouch! Always the same spot on the same side

Mine always happens when I'm in bed and always my right side. It's annoying but harmless I assume. Occurred my whole first pregnancy also.

It's called round ligament pain

I get this when i turnover in bed. Reaserched it and its normal because ligaments strech and strain making extra room for baby

I get the same midwife says it's just stretching. Only be concerned if pain persistent or u bleed. Hugs hun I know it's rough.
