what can I take for impacted bowel?

I'm 9 wks pregnant and I have an impacted bowel. I've tried EVERYTHING AND yes i do mean EVERYTHING. It's painful please help

And if you genuinely have tried everything, call the doctor and see if you can get admitted to the hospital to get physically cleaned out.  It's a procedure where they knock you out and basically dig out the impacted stool.  Little kids with encopresis sometimes have this done -- no matter how many laxatives, etc.are taken,  if there is a genuine block there, all the liquidified stuff is above the blockage.  Sometimes this does require physical removal.

Swallow a big soupspoonful of virgin olive oil (hold your nose if you have to) two times a day, straight.  It does wonders for the poops.

All else fails down a bottle of pure cranberry juice chase it with some water and be preparred to be stuck in the bathroom

Try cascara sagrada... Idk if i spelt it right but its natural and wont give you the runs my mom uses it for my grandma who is bed ridden and i take it to help me because i cant push due to my two hernias
