Should I go to labor and delivery? Strong cramps and tightening of the uterus.

I am 33 weeks and one day pregnant. I have been having very painful cramps, pelvic pressure and my uterus is tightening. It gets hard like my forehead. I don't know whether to to the hospital or not. These "cramps" get very strong, and when I lay down they do not go away. I try to drink a lot of water. I am a high risk pregnancy by the way, being overweight and 15 years old is the reason. This is my first pregnancy, should I go to the hospital?
