Discomfort/Nauseation

I'm now 6 weeks pregnant. I had some nachos at my sons football game and have been feeling terrible since. I feel nauseated and discomfort in the upper part of my stomach. Has anyone else experienced this feeling after eating cheesy foods or concession stand foods. I'm not sure what to do to shake this feeling.

My dr said it was fine. It works for me, but everyone is different.

I have tried gingerale for those type of food aversions, it worked for a day, but after that i got bloated and couldn't stand the taste of it. I have since switched to 7up and my nausea is gone. So you may want to try that too. :)
