Almond peanuts have a lot of protein in them and will help u feel full when you can't eat from nausea! Stick with the ginger ale and prego pops from babies r us!

I'm in a similar situation. Nothing really works for me. A few days ago, I started taking a few capsules of live cultures called VSL#3 every day and I've had a significant drop in my morning sickness. Smells still bother me, but my tummy isn't upset 24/7 anymore.

You can get a good quality peppermint oil and either just smell it regularly or dab a little on your upper lip but it does tingle like crazy.  Hope it helps!

Crackers and lollipops. Talk to your OB, they can prescribe you diclegis or zofran

I just purchased sea bands from CVS. I've been having the same problem. They're bands you wear on your wrist. You put them on when you're feeling nauseous and you can wear em all day if you would like. Last night was the first time I held food down this week because I had them on. This morning I felt sick and put them on now I'm hungry. I hope this helps Mommie. :)
