Rough Nights

Now that hayden is getting up and standing in her crib - she is much more into doing that than her naps. It is causing quite a disturbance to her schedule. I let her try and work it out - but she totally skipped her afternoon nap yesterday and got up last night for about 45 mins to just stand. Anyone else having problems bc of this new found "trick"

We just hit this with Phin. We are all exhausted from his shenanigans.

Carter's newest thing is tearing down the air flow bumber pads. Ha can even be asleep but if you put him in the crip he immeadilty gets this devilish grin on and roll over and starts pulling. He then usually manages to get a leg or arm stuck. So his naps are all over the place but this week he as decieded his bedtime is between 6:30 and 7pm. He is sleeping much better this way although still having the problems with wetting through or needig a diaper change though the night

Oh yes..... Noah's nap schedule is off and he is sleeping more often or Longer naps in the afternoon bc he is tired LOL anytime I lay him down in his crib he immediately rolls on this tummy and crawls towards the bars and pulls himself up while laughing, It was cute the first couple times lol But YES it is actually messing up his sleep schedule! I am sure its just another faze and will pass shortly, once they are doing something else as new and exciting!

Jack has been doing the same thing for the past couple of weeks. His nap schedule is totally off. I find myself putting him down 2-3 more times a day because each nap is extremely short due to the standing excitement. I hope it passes soon. It is cute though to find him sometimes standing in his crib when I go in to greet him in the morning. :)

We did last week, but every time we noticed she was up standing (minus in the middle of the night) we would go in and just lay her back down.  She would get pretty ticked off and do it again, and we would gooo back in lay her down, etc.  Crossing my fingers, she hasn't been so diligent with that this week.

My guess is she loves the fact that she can do something new and can't get enough of that independent feeling :)  It's just, nap time and night time aren't the most ideal times to be practicing that newly acquired skill!  haha
