With my son, they were VERY sore from the 4th week all the way until 1 month after delivery! Awfull pain, but with my 2nd baby now they aren't sore at all anymore. Maybe because I wear sports bra's all the time :) My doctor said usually with the first child it will hurt worse because they aren't used to growing that much, and it should be easier after the first. I don't believe it, but I hope so!

Same hear - big sore and looks like a roadmap with so many veins running through. haha. The soreness does vary -- but i feel it more with a bra than without (I know everyone else feels better in a bra). But the general public should not be alarmed - I plan to wear a bra outdoors. haha. I am actually very nervous of how big they are going to get....I feel obnoxious right now, like I had "work done"

Yep!  They were suuuper sore right from the beginning of the first trimester up til the end.  Almost "on cue" in the second trimester, I now have (what I like to call)... THE LIGHTENING BOLT EFFECT :)  I thought the name suited the feeling & sensation that randomly comes and goes in my boobs!  Strikes of lightening that shoot through them that doesn't seem to cease until it is ready.  I have my own little electrical storm in my body!
