Has anyone had a real early ultrasound and just saw a thick line?

OK, so I had my first ultrasound thursday at my first doc visit for baby # 2 :)  But all that showed up was a thick line, it was first estimated that I was 5 weeks and 5 days but after the blood test he now is guessing. I was just wondering if anyone else saw the same thing on theirs and how many weeks were they when they did :)

I have seen that one time, my Dr. and technician called it the "fetal pole". It's before you actually get to see anything else like the yolk sac.
