Has anyone felt this?

All weekend I have had a dull achy feeling in my lower right side - kind of where I would think my ovary is. I feel it sometimes when I walk and sometimes when I sit. I don't know if it is a more persistent ligament pain - or worth getting checked out. Sometimes it feels like it is sort of throbbing.

Any suggestions?

That is so funny you said that you wish you could just go to sleep and wake up and have the baby be there!  My husband and I say that all the time!!  40 weeks of agony :)  It will all be worth it in the end ;)

thanks - all checked out OK - we saw the heartbeat and baby looks good. I need to stop second guessing everything!!

8 more days until until first trimester is OVER - and we have the "big" appt. I wish I could go to sleep and wake up and have it here !

Yea... just give your OB a call and if your office has a nurse call you back, ask her and see what she says.  It might be normal... I have had more stretching feelings on my lower sides... especially when I sneeze it really pinches!  I am sure it is nothing.  And who knows, you could have a small cyst.  Trust me... I have probably called my doctor atleast once a week thus far!!  I am sure they think I am nutty, but hey... its your body and you have the right to know what is happening with it :)

I haven't been having them on any one side...but mine have definitely been more persistent. I read that they should be growing pains like ligaments and what not stretching but I am kinda getting freaked out too.

Is it all day or when you wake up or go to bed? Mine are worst at night and in the morning when I wake up. I think maybe I am sleeping weird and that is hurting it but then that doesn't explain the pain at night before I even sleep.

The throbbing I don't know about...and since yours is isolated to where your ovary is I would have the doctor check it out. I have had a few friends tell me they had ovarian cysts that didn't come out until they were pregnant. I think it is semi-common and not severe to you or your baby. I am not sure though since I only remember briefly talking about it and it was before I was wanting a baby so I didn't pay too much attention.

But either way I would have it checked into. No harm in bugging your doctor. They are use to it. Paranoia is common amongst pregnant women I am sure!!
