Anyone feel nauseous at 30 weeks?

Hi. I woke up this morning feeling very nauseous, a little shaky. I'll be 30 weeks on Thursday & I'm just wondering if anyone else felt this way so far into your pregnancy. I haven't been sleeping well at night, catching up on sleep while on bedrest during the day... I started insulin for gestational diabetes last Friday... And last night one of the babies moved in a way that it actually hurt. So, I don't know if the way I'm feeling has anything to do with any of those three things or not. Thanks ;)

Thanks. Yes, I'm taking insulin three times per day, on a strict diet & testing my blood glucose four times per day. The doc did a bit of tweaking w/my #s this week, which I think caused my shakiness. I met w/them today & my #s look great :) I was hypoglycemic pre-pregnancy, so I did recognize that shaky feeling ;)

you need to watch your sugars real closely.. im a full blown diabetic and i am also 30 weeks pregnant.. i take 3 insulin shots a day. i can tell you that low sugar will cause you to be sick and shaky.. if you are taking insulin at night befor bed you may be bottoming out befor you get a chance to eat. as well as anytime befor a meal.. be sure to snack even just a cracker or two..

BradyAm: That doesn't sound like fun ;( I hope it gets better!

Claire: Thanks. That is interesting. I haven't felt nauseous since that morning, so I'm thinking it's just my body reacting to the insulin (or perhaps a combination). I felt very shaky this morning before lunch. I'll read more about third trimester insomnia because it's definitely difficult to sleep at night ;)
