Nausea... ugh.

Hi gals,

I'm not due in March, but I thought some of you might have either just gone through this or be still in the midst of it.

I'm sitting here at my desk at work unable to do ANYTHING because I am too overwhelmed by how nauseous i feel. i ate some toast this morning before I left for work and drank some milk... and now i'm just sitting here making faces at my monitor that essentially translate to "bleugh."

any ideas? is there something maybe in our vending machine that might help...? I found an old packet of saltines that i had from some kind of soup day but they were stale and that almost made me ill, so I threw them out (and there were only two crackers anyway). 7-up, maybe?

appreciate any ideas!!!

Morning sickness has really hit for me the past 3 days.... right on schedule I guess - they say it can start about 6 weeks.

Sipping water.  Don't get too hungry.  Feel so nauseous that I don't want to eat, but actually do feel better after eating.

funny! i was sipping ice water from a bottled water and that did seem to help. that and having a proper lunch (chicken breast). I ate one slice of toast this morning because I didn't feel fabulous and I almost think, in a way, maybe that wasn't *enough*.

Sipping ice water through a straw seems to help me.  Not sure why but it makes it go away for a little while.
