mommys to be

It's March! some (like me) have  already had their babies but many are still awaiting their little bundle of joy.  I am a first time mom, and i did my research and asked my questions but there was still a bunch of things i wasn't  anticipating.  I just wanted to share a little wisdom. Make your birth plan even if its just "i want this and this is a last resort" and make sure your companion knows it. Things happen thats its not always 100% but atleast you have a plan. And DON'T  let anyone bully you. Not friends not family not the nurses NO-ONE. For mine the nurses pressured me to go natural, I'm  happy i got the epidural. But when it started wearing off the nurse basically called me a liar and said i was exaggerating. Had i spoke my mind sooner  my labor could have gone easier. Stand your ground! Feel free ask questions and chip in advice mamas!
