Omg yes! Stretching helps. I also wear a belly band to help support my stomach. Sometimes when it's real bad I take Tylenol, my doctor also said bengay is fine too.
Yes but I only really get it when I wake up ... and it will hurt like crazy

I try to take as many baths as possible and have my mom rub my back every once in awhile
I also got a body pillow thing that has helped since sleeping at night was also causing my back to hurt
