Emergency c-section on my due date
Started labor pains around 1-2pm, stuck it out until about 7pm when contractions were 2-3 min apart. Ended up having an emergency c-section and my baby girl was born at 8:22pm. She had a bowel movement and asprirated the poop. Her heart rate dropped pretty low for a few moments while she was still inside. She and daddy hoped a plane to a bigger hospital and they are doing brain scans and lung xrays to figure out what happens next. I barely got to see her but she was big strong girl....daddy got to see her eyes open after the plane landed....but neither of us have heard her cry yet because they have had her sedated. I can not wait to go be with my family...hear her cry...touch her sweet face again...
