Laying on one side

Before I got pregnant my most comfortable sleeping position was laying on my stomach. But when i lay on my sides i get this pain like in my hip areas so then i go to laying on my back but i always find myself laying on my sides again but I noticed whenever i lay on my Left side that's when my baby starts to kick and move and when i lay on my stomach or right side he stops. Is it because he's not comfortable or can i be squishing him?

Make sure you are putting pillows between your knees, and I find it helps some to have pillows between my ankles too. It doesn't stop the pain all the way for me, but at least I can walk the next day if I do. Also put pillows under your belly to take some of the weight

You Can lay On the Side Thats Most Comfortable For You . When I lay on My Left Side My back And Hip bone Starts to Hurt . When I lay On My Right Side I sleep Like A baby . Its Up To U . You Just Cant Lay On Your Back To Long Because It Cuts Off Circulation To Baby

On the pillows and kinda roll into them. That way it simulates laying on my belly but no harm done

Your supposed to lay on your left side.  In your back there is a major vein or something that cam get pinched which is bad if you lay on your back. Right side has something to do with squishing your organs. And belly you squish the baby. I was a belly sleeper myself and what I have found to do is I lay on my side  with my bottom hand on my hip ( squish my hand) and put pillows along my front  and bend and bring my top leg up
