I usually get them after work where I have to be on my feet. A heating pad or warm bath really helps out with them. I've also started having RLS which I unfortunately don't have a relief method for.

I've only had one so far but it was a doozy.  I woke up nearly crying. After the cramp faded I still hobbled around for a few days until the muscle went back to normal.

I get them sometimes too, also occasionally get RLS which *****. I just try to drink more water, that has helped and I don't get them as much.

I got one so bad this morning I woke my husband up crying. I had to wrap my calf in a heating pad and have my husband massage it for a few minutes to get it to go away. It is one of those things I deal with all the time at night. I have had to really pay attention to how I stretch. Keep your toes toward the front of your leg. Don't point them.

Hello dear friends. Have you been suffering Leg cramp problem? I know how painful is it? But If you have a serious leg cramp problem then why don’t you use Limb bar? It is a specially formulated mineral bar. I used it when I had a leg cramp problem and I felt relaxed after using it. It will definitely help you.
