I was getting them horribly when I was like 28 weeks but now I don't get them any more I increased my water intake nd potassium nd they went away
I usually get them after work where I have to be on my feet. A heating pad or warm bath really helps out with them. I've also started having RLS which I unfortunately don't have a relief method for.
Lord yeah. I can't walk barely. I just wanna lay there cause I'm scared to move.
Its seems worse at nighttime when laying down
I would get those end of first trimester and in my second. ... awful! Hope they go away for you:)
I've only had one so far but it was a doozy. I woke up nearly crying. After the cramp faded I still hobbled around for a few days until the muscle went back to normal.
I get them sometimes too, also occasionally get RLS which *****. I just try to drink more water, that has helped and I don't get them as much.
I got one so bad this morning I woke my husband up crying. I had to wrap my calf in a heating pad and have my husband massage it for a few minutes to get it to go away. It is one of those things I deal with all the time at night. I have had to really pay attention to how I stretch. Keep your toes toward the front of your leg. Don't point them.
