PUPPP :(

Please someone help me with this.

It's really bad on my stretch marks on my belly, and its currently spreading to my thighs and my arms close to my armpit going down to my elbow.

I can't stop itching, it's so unbearable and miserable. It's making me cry and hate being pregnant, as if I didn't already hate it enough. I'm 32+6.

I wouldn't wish this upon my worst enemy.. :(

I just wanna relieve it. I can't sleep.

My doctor prescribed me cream, and it seems to settle the swelling, but doesn't relieve the itch.

It upsets me to think this can go on for 7+ weeks still.

Thanks in advance.

Ive started using baby aquaphor on my pupps and it seems to really help.  i also wear loose clothing so that nothing is rubbing on my belly.  This is my second pregnancy with pupps and i wish that i would have used aquaphor the first time i got this. Cold packs help too. Good luck!

Put a cold compress on the areas that are itchy! USE VITAMIN E OIL to hydrate! Even better, pop a vitamin e tablet open and use the oil from inside on the areas that itch the worst!

I use Palmers Cocoa butter morning and night. I hear coconut oil is good too. I hope it helps you, it's a horrible thing to go through.
