What's peoples exsepriances with taking this I'm almost 38 weeks and ready for labour I've tyred everything and nothing seems to be working I've also has stetch and sweep and they don't work either
Raspberry leaf helps to tone your uterus, it doesn't help with dilation or going into labor. I am 37+2 and have been drinking it since 35 weeks.
