am I in labor
I'm a ftm and I've been having what I think are contractions. My stomach gets hard and it feels like bad menstrual cramps and my back kills me. And I just got my bloody show. But maybe I'm just having gas pains? Due in 2 days and was 2cm dilated yesterday.
Time them. If they are 3-4 minutes apart or your water breaks then go in. Otherwise try to relax.
