I ate a whole pineapple and then had a pineapple smoothie . and walked the mall for a hour lol but seriously . when I got home around 10pm I went to sleep woke up at 12 with really bad contractions and went to the ER by 5am the next morning and by that time I went from 0 to 1cm dilated. Mind you I ate the pineapples around 4pm had the smoothie with my dinner around 9pm . but I don't know if I contracted from walking or from pineapples

I heard pineapples softens the cervix but haven't heard much from it from other ladies. I love pineapples and I'm just trying to hold off another week or so to start eating them. I want to go as full term as possible lol I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow
