Well we most likely all have back pain, what do you do for it ? Any tips? With my first it wasn't that bad,but this one's a boy and I'm getting big so maybe that's why. Thanks for your help :)

My physical therapist gavee me exercises. On hands and knees breathe in through the lungs and raise the middle of the back to an arch.  Breathe out.  That one is awesome.  Then the other,  grab the edge of the sink squat a little ways down (knees even with the toes) and round the back.  Deep breathing. Hold that pose for 10-20 seconds.  I do those two 3 times a day.  Haven't had a back pain since

I soak in a warm tub and then I lay down with a body pillow! If you can adjust it between your legs and belly right it really helps ALOTTT!!!

I use an an all natural aloe pad. Soothes back muscles. I get them at walmart for $.97 each pad lasts about 8hours. My chiropractor recommended them n ob said they are ok to use during pregnancy.

I use a heating pad almost every night. It seems to help because during the day it's not as bad and only starts hurting at night

Heating pad, soak in tub with Epsom salt really helps.  Watch the height & support of shoes.  I have to wear good shoes & change them out/can't wear the same pair every day. Good luck.
