I had it with both of my pregnancies. It is the round ligaments that help support the uterus. You will feel it if you also move your legs too fast in one position.
My sister told me to put my knees up as close to my chest as possible and it helps a lot. She was right.
Thank you. It kills me. I try to prevent it from happening. The drs seem to feel it's normal. Which it probably is. Just hurts so bad.
I get it everytime I sneeze and when I stretch. I hate it. Its happened in both of my pregnancies
i have been getting it also. it is really painful and makes me cry out loud. i am going to ask my midwife about it at my appointment tomorrow. i will let you know if she says anything new or useful.
