I get a lot of ligament pain. Even just getting up from my chair or couch can hurt if I twist wrong. But I agree with bracing yourself if you sneeze or cough. It can really hurt I'd you aren't supported

I think its all pretty normal given that our muscles and ligaments are expanding and our organs are being squashed around and we are carrying a big sack of fluid with a baby floating in it that's moving all about. Can't be entirely pain free. I get a lot if prickly sensations or pulling sensations especially if I move certain ways.

It's happened to me before as well. I think AnnaS24 is right. All of our ligaments and muscles are stretching right now so they're tender. Just take things easy and try not to over due it.

I get that too, I think its because as our tummy ligaments are stretching, moving in ways that seemed normal before pregnancy now hurt. Just be careful and try to avoid sudden moves & over stretching. I am aware when I'm sleeping some movements in bed hurt my tummy. Also take care to brace yourself before you sneeze or cough, that can feel like a knife stab if you're not prepared!! See doc if you're not sure though!
