Sorta scared

this is my very first baby and and I will be 24 weeks Tuesday and I was wondering what a Mucas plug or parts of it would look like or feel like I'm sorry I sound stupid but it's my first time going through all this and I'm just nervous

I lost a bit of my mucus plug the other day. I'm 24 weeks and a half. To be honest it looked like a big snotty bogey :( sorry tmi but as long as you aren't having signs of premature labour then it's fine apparently.

Thanks ladies I heard you could start losing it around 24 + weeks so I want to be somewhat prepared and not freak out and think something's wrong with me

I guess you can lose it more than once. It seriously just looks like a thick jelly looking thing when you wipe you notice it. There might be a hint of blood but that's no big deal from what I was told by my ob! I had never lost one before and it scared me too!!! I think each pregnancy you are still scared even if you seen it before!! Congrats on your 1st baby!!

I've been through this twice before and I don't think I ever really saw mine (or I can't remember! Blame it on the pregnancy ;) The picture in my head is jelly-like, mostly clear globs.
