32 weeks today and cramping
Been having pretty bad cramps all morning.. constant pain that radiates from my back to my front. I'm a ftm and not sure how much pain or how long it lasts is considered normal
Drink lots of water and rest , lay on your left side if pain doesn't go away or gets worse call your doc
I'm 32 weeks also, ftm and I woked up today feeling the same way. I was told not to worry because it happens at this stage of pregnancy. Only if you get them one after the other or till the point where you want to cry it's nothing to worry about. Best of luck :)
