Hi my name is Jessica .. I'm due march 25 ... Is any one else feeling tired, thirsty & dry mouth... I looked it up and it said it could be hormonal changes during the first trimester but it could also be gestational diabetes ... Worried first appointment tomorrow ....

Don't worry yourself by searching the web for symptoms. You are in your 1st trimester. Drink lots of water.  I have a cup on my nightstand and I'm buying a case of water to keep in my room.
Your appointment is tomorrow don't worry yourself crazy talk to your physician and STOP searching the internet it will only stress you out. Sending prayers your way for a healthy pregnancy.
