Caffeine

I am 24 weeks pregnant ftm. I have been drinking my daily cup of coffee everyday. My doctor said one small cup a day or under 200 mg of caffeine per day is fine. However the more I read the worse i feel,  like I shouldn't be doing it. I eat relatively healthy, don't drink don't smoke. Has anyone drank coffee throughout their pregnancies? Did it have any effects on your baby?

My dr told me that as long as I don't increase my caffeine intake it is ok to drink the amount that i was drinking before I got pregnant. I'm 23 weeks and everytime I go to the dr, dr says baby is very healthy. I only drink 1 soda a day or instead have a cup of coffee. Other than that I drink lots of water.

I had super bag migraines with my first pregnancy and had either coffee or soda to help cope through the entire thing since there is no migraine med safe during pregnancy.  No issues at all.
