Help what can I do to relieve nasal congestion st night

I caught a cold after responding to this...lol its so miserable being sick and pregnant and even worse with a toddler.

I know mine is just from being pregnant I use Vicks rub and humidifier if it's bad and I can't sleep since it's worse when I'm trying to sleep I'll take some Benadryl also a nice warm bath helps in clog me before bed try not to blow ur nose to hard to inflame it sinus it will just make it worse

Plus you can use saline solution in your nose a couple times a day.

I take a benadryl once in the morning and once half an hour before bed. And I keep a humidifier next to my side of the bed to minimize my nose from drying out.
