Am 37 weeks now I been having some cramps that go and come ...even my legs hurt can this be real contractions

There is early.labor and active labor....it sounds like it's early.labor...which can go on for weeks. If it goes to active labor you will be able to feel peaks and valleys in the pain usually which will let.you time those contractions.

Yes that happens to me but not affondly only sometimes so those are contractions right ?.

They can start that way. Are you noticing an I crease to where they peak and start to decrease within a 30 seconds to 1 min length?
