Congrats!and welcome. My advice is drink plenty of water ,eat healthy,and walking is the best exercise for you during pregnancy,take it easy though, and don't forget your folic acid.;)

Take a deep breath and try to enjoy it. Have you seen the movie what to expect when you are expecting? It's like that lol..so.e women have a breeze of a time while others have a miserable pregnancy and remind ourselves it's the means to the end and many are somewhere in between. Welcome :)
