Food...

I'm 8 weeks and 1 day, and yesterday I saw the inside of my chicken sandwich and could no longer finish eating... Has this happened to anyone else? Even the texture of the food makes me sick

Certain things I liked in the beginning make me nauseous now! I'm about 9 weeks 4 days and for some reason one of the main foods I crave or can eat without nausea affecting is a plain bean and cheese burrito. And also pancakes lol. I've been making pancakes for lunch and dinner lately, adding a tiny bit of peanut butter and a drizzle of agave, with a glass of milk.

Went grocery shopping yesterday and I wanted to get some steaks and chicken breasts...needless to say I took one look at the red meat and had to walk away...fast!  Over my shoulder I asked hubby to grab some chicken as I left the meat dept.  He is still laughing about it!  Oh, the first of many joys!

I've been doing a high protein diet and that works for me. Last pregnancy I couldn't eat anything but carbs. I have to watch dairy though now. :(

Pretty much a trial and error kind of thing you have to try  and see what you can tolerate or more less the baby likes   this pregnancy been pretty easy on food cravings or aversion last one the smell of broccoli cooking made me  sick  so I wouldn't eat it but my daughter loves it  we had it tonight and she ate it over the chicken and corn  I find that  funny as I think of  now at how turned off I was when  I was prego with her
