I take Garden of Life raw iron.  It is great food sourced iron ,organic, non GMO, includes co- nutrients to increase absorbtion. It is gentle on stomach and non constipating. Hope it helps you too!

It can make it extremely dangerous for you to deliver your baby. They should have told you to go on iron. I'm anemic as well when pregnant and have been on iron for several months now. Also, take it with vitamin C to help it absorb. Use a humidifier as well in your room and it'll help. If you can't stomach regular iron, try slow fe.  It's a delayed release version.  It's the only one that I can take. If you can't take that, they'll have you go to the hospital once a week for iron IV's.
