I don't know how much more I can take. :'(

I'm 37 weeks. I'm on bed rest and have been for 2 months. My pelvic bone is hurting me so much. I can't walk. I can't sleep. It hurts to even move. My doc won't induced me BC he feels it will lead to a c section. I really don't know how much more I can take. He just tells me to take Tylenol and ice my pelvic bone. Tylenol and ice are not helping. Idk what to do.... Help :'( :'(

:( I'm sorry. Being on bed rest is the pits. Be careful as you're not supposed today use hot packs as baby can't cool themselves down an they can get too hot an cause damage before the ice packs cool baby down. I am not on bed rest an have been through the same thing (including the issues with walking). The good thing is were almost done. Hang in there!

Chiropractic care saved my life. I had such bad pelvic pain and now I'm almost pain free in 3 weeks. I'm not sure how much it might help, but if you find one highly recommended for prenatal care they could be helpful. If anything you will be adjusted to help speed things up. 36+3 over here and I'm done being pregnant too. I hope you can find some relief! I also found that alternating hot pack with Ice pack 15 mins each really helped me.
