Between a creep video taping my daughter  (who's 2) while at my in laws and my fil telling me I'm blowing things out of proportion, my husband reverting to whatever his dad says is law, and being the mean evil board member Sharing with 50 members their dues are increasing 3Xs what they're used to.....I'm sick and cramping. Anyone have idwas?

Wow im so sorry, you've got a lot on your plate. First off practice a breathing technique this will help lower your blood pressure in moments of anxiety and help you sleep better at night. Take in a deep breath for 4 counts, hold it for 4 counts, and release it slowly for 8 counts. Relax for a few seconds breathe normally.. then  repeat the technique giving yourself breaks in between. Im a stressed out ftm dealing with a demanding school schedule, a needy husband, and of course a fair share of family drama and financial issues. When it rains it pours. Aside from the breathing take up a hobby you like and gocus on doing that by yourself. I enjoy cooking or baking, when im up to it i will shut everyone out, play some music of my choice, usually some mozart or piano symphonies, some holiday music, oldies, anything thats more mellow and not loud. Then I just cook i focus my energy on that and lose myself if only for a few minutes. Showers or baths help too, or going on walks if you can. Good luck to you, stay strong.
