Wow im so sorry, you've got a lot on your plate. First off practice a breathing technique this will help lower your blood pressure in moments of anxiety and help you sleep better at night. Take in a deep breath for 4 counts, hold it for 4 counts, and release it slowly for 8 counts. Relax for a few seconds breathe normally.. then  repeat the technique giving yourself breaks in between. Im a stressed out ftm dealing with a demanding school schedule, a needy husband, and of course a fair share of family drama and financial issues. When it rains it pours. Aside from the breathing take up a hobby you like and gocus on doing that by yourself. I enjoy cooking or baking, when im up to it i will shut everyone out, play some music of my choice, usually some mozart or piano symphonies, some holiday music, oldies, anything thats more mellow and not loud. Then I just cook i focus my energy on that and lose myself if only for a few minutes. Showers or baths help too, or going on walks if you can. Good luck to you, stay strong.
