He's made his entrance!
So by 0lanned c section at 39 weeks, Blaine Gerald has arrived. I'm still in quite a bit of pain and the numbing for the block took a bit more than either myself or the anasthesiologist expected but overall it went well and not near as traumatic as my emergency c section was. They want me to sangle.my legs so that's going to hurt....but little.man is healthy and so far a fairly quiet kid. Keep your chin up for those of you still waiting, it'll happen before you know it.
Many congratulations to you. Hope you and the baby are doing well. Take it easy and enjoy the little cutie. May you heal quickly.
