Im 12 weeks pregnant amd im having lower stomach pain should i go to the e.r. or is this normal

I am 12 weeks as well. I started out with just cramping but when I got to week 10 the cramping didn't go all the way away but it got better. I asked my ob and she said it was fine as long as I wasn't bleeding which I wasn't, so if you start to bleed then you need to go to dr. Now the cramping went away altogether. Hope everything goes well.

Is it like cramping or just a ache?  Cramping if combined with blood, you should talk to your OB right away. It could be just think gs starting to shift and stretch around a bit.

Am not sure if am pregnant yet but am having the exact same thing crampings and back aches..I heard its very normal but if it comes with blood then its not you must visit the e r if the pain gets worse
