No sleep

I'm 15 weeks 2 days. At the beginning of my pregnancy all I did was sleep, all day. Now I'm not able to sleep through the night. I go to bed around 10:30 and I'll wake up at midnight, then multiple times anywhere between 3-6am and Its a fight to get back to sleep. Just seeing if anyone knows of any way to sleep better?

I know how u feel. I have a hard time falling asleep then wake up like 20 million times to pee even tho I hardly have to go it seems. Not to mention the 10 times I pee before I get comfy and that one time right after I find the perfect spot

Im 17 weeks 2days and im the exact same way. Its miserable. But what helps me is using the bathroom before i lay down and going to bed with a full stomach. I still wake up but not nearly as much maybe once a night now. Also eating a spoonful of peanut butter before bed is suppose to help you sleep. I havent tried it because peanut butter is gross to me lol but thats what others have recommended to me. Goodluck !

Try sleeping on your left side. Everyone says that. I have better luck on my right side
