Breast tenderness

Currently 4 weeks 1 day and I haven't got breast tenderness. This is my second child and it's so confusing

I'm starting to have doubts that I'm even pregnant. But I've had bloods done and taken 6 tests. Everyone keeps telling me it'll kick in but who knows lop

I never suffer with breast tenderness either. I'm 5 weeks today...not many symptoms just little nausea and some stomach pains now and den...more shooting pains ..nothing sore just feels like things are happenning down there...had 5 miscarriages so still very anxious. ..
