Hi, you can take vitamin c and just take a bedrest. I have one as well. Or if you just can't take it, ask your doctor what medications are allowed. And if you're still unsured, I usually always check https://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/newtoxnet/lactmed.htm or downlod the app "lact med" to know which medications are safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
