Drink plenty!! I found that if I got dehydrated even just slightly, the sickness would increase. I found fruit juice to be the best! Also eating small amounts regularly works wonders. If all else fails - pizza! The stodginess does the trick but I'm just worried about piling on the pounds too much if I do it all the time!

Yes folic acid is an absolute must - helps to prevent spina bifida. Get on it asap!

I have found that lemon in my water has helped. Small meals or snacks have been so much better than large or full meals has helped my nausea and morning sickness. My step mom told me to eat crackers before even getting out of bed. It doesn't give your body the chance to feel sick if something is already in your stomach. Like someone else said, eat even though you don't want to. I know you don't want to because I don't either.... but I forced myself to eat snacks and it totally works. Even if the relief is only 30 minutes or so. Lol. Hope you feel better.

When you feel nauseated, eat, even if you think you can't. Just a snack. Don't overeat or eat large meals. A full tummy and an empty will both make your morning sickness worse. I found during my first pregnancy, eating crackers or a banana first thing in the morning before getting out of bed helped. Constant small snacks throughout the day will help to beat it as well.
-fresh lemons (bite them, suck on them, out them in cold water, keep them cut in a zip lock bag while on on the go)
-lemon and/or ginger tea
-peppermint tea
-peppermint patties
-peppermint anything
-ginger snap cookies
-sometime dairy makes it worse, so an almond milk or soy milk substitute in the first trimester can help
-flat gingerale (or fizzy if your tummy can handle it)

Good luck little momma! Hope some of these work for you!

Try anything that you think could help! Ive tried almost every dry cracker at my local shops and none of that helps. I cant even brush my teeth without gagging so i feel your pain! My stomach hurts i am so hungry and apples dont exactly fill someone up! But they help :)
