6 weeks Gestation with 104 TSH till 5th week

My wife is 6 weeks pregnant and was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism in 5th week. Test 1:
TSH: 47.5

To re-validate the authenticity of test we got a full profile done:
Free T3: 0.67 pg/ml
Free T4: 0.29 ng/ml
TSH: 105

We consulted an endocrinologist who prescribed Thyronorm 50 to be taken daily for a week and then double the dosage after a week.

We consulted with another endocrinologist who has prescribed the dosage to be increased to 125.

We are concerned that up until 5th week, hypothyrodism was untreated. Would it have affected our baby already?
