THank you i was thinking it was Excema- I asked the dr. about it when we went in and she said it was nothing to worry about? well i know it doesn't hurt her but it's all around her eyes and now its on her legs so thats when i started thinking excema I will try Aveeno I agree NO steroids I hate treating with steroids so AGAIN THANK YOU :D
my dd has the same thing and its excema, my pediatrician advised against using anything with a steriod and suggested Aveeno excema cream and if i applied it once a day it keeps the rash away
Have you tried cortisone cream b/c if it is a rash of some sort that might help. Other than that i don't have any ideas for you. Sorry!
Thank you tarrah87 for replying i've been checking this forever and no comments :( but yes you are right some days it is m uch better lately she hasn't had a problem with it. It seems worse when she has a bath then rubs her eyes i believe it's dry irritated skin? I've been mosturizing it more often and it seems go be going away. I think that it's REALLY DRY in our house now and need to keep her nice and lotioned up :) thank again for replying if it does get worse she's got an apt. for her 6month check in a week so i will let the dr. know~thanks again :) have a wonderful day!
ok i'm not gonna be much help but my daughter had this around 3 months and it lasted about 2 months and then just went away it did the same thing one day it was very red the next barely there and started out with one eye and went to the other and etc. i went back and forth with this for over a month i called the doctor and was told maybe she had gotten into something and told them no that wasn't it. they seen her and never toldme what it was or ne thing other than it should go away on its own and luckily it did so she is fine, but if it gets worse and you need to know more just call the doctor, that's why they are there. good luck
