Well ladies, I'm in LandD and I am having contractions. They have me hooked up to an IV and Nicole is very active. They did what is kind of like a pap smear but they have some other name for it. They also checked my cervix and I'm like a fingertip open, she's going to check me again and it I'm dialated more they will keep me. They are also going to do an ultrasound to see if I have enough fluids.  I'll keep you ladies posted

Glad to hear they didn't keep you!  Nicole is just ready to see her mommy...but she needs to bake a little longer.  Take care and rest!!!!

Love your heart, I'm in the same boat, I am on my way in for my NST to monitor Addy during my contractions, as long as the girls are tolerating them, we will just have to stay tuff! They need to stay in at least 3 more weeks! Keep resting, kick them feet up!

No, they didn't give me a steroid injection.  They only gave me like half a bag of fluids to see if the contractions stop, but then they let me go. I think is because they had a lt of women who were coming in that were about to give birth and the needed the bed.  Today I feel a bit better today.  Let's see how the day progresses.

I really hope those contractions stop! sounds terrible. Very happy to hear your not having labouring contractions though. take it easy put your feet up and REST!!

omg 3 mins apart did they not give you something to stop the contractions? glad baby is good though and has more time in the womb

altough you are in pain we are happy that she has a little more time. trust me i know your pain. We are having some of the same problems. Good thing baby Nicole gets to stay in passed 34wks......did they give you the steroid for her lungs?

Well ladies, they let me go.  Apparently I am contracting, but not labouring contracting.  I'm 50% effaced and still the fingertip.  The did a fetal febrocten (sp) test and that was supposed to tell them if I was going into preterm labor or if I'll have her in the next two weeks and it came back negative.  I'm just contracting just to do so apparently.Ughhh!!! I'm in so much pain.  They are 3 minutes apart. But I guess that's NORMAL as well!!! So aggravated.  At least Nicole is very active and she will stay in there more.  I def don't want her to come out now!! Thanks ladies for all of the support.
