Miscarriage Symptom?

I had a miscarriage in March and now I am exactly 10 wks pregnant. At 6w 6dys we had a heartbeat with a vaginal ultrasound. My question is that I've noticed in the last few days that my breasts don't seem as sore as they have been. Overall, I've been feeling pretty good, just really tired. Has anyone else experienced their breast soreness wearing off, is this normal, or am I possibly going to miscarry? I have a Dr. appt. Monday, but any reassurance I could get would be a blessing!

I am 12 weeks now AND thank GOD my BBS are feeling better! Your body is adjusting to all the hormones, and your HCG is leveling out, not raging upward, so it is time for your body to rest! No Worries dear!

Symptoms come and go.  I had really sore BBs in the beginning and then they slacked and then came back with a vengence.  After having a m/c you question every little thing that happens.  I'm the same way.  But, I'm 10w5d today and we've seen our little bean every week since the beginning along with hearing the heartbeat yesterday.  So everything is fine.  You just have to learn to relax.  Congratulations on your pregnancy!

Breast soreness does wear off.  I haven't had any for a while now (I'm 13 weeks).  From what I gather, your hormones peak somewhere between 8 and 10 weeks, then go down some and level off.  When your hormones level off, many of your symptoms will subside (i.e. morning sickness, sore bbs, etc.).  So, if you peaked at 8 weeks, it makes sense that by 10 your system is balancing out.  If you're not bleeding or in pain, I would just relax and not worry about it.  You've heard a heartbeat.  You've made it this far.  You have every reason to believe that everything is fine and this pregnancy will keep right on chugging.  :-)
